 Fancom Climate Control

Fancom has a climate computer suitable for each phase of the production process, from fermentation to harvest. Simple to operate, it will take all the routine work out of your hands. Leaving you more time to devote to the actual production process.

  • 750 Tunnel Computer: Creates the optimal climate conditions in phase II and III in tunnel systems for various varieties of   mushrooms.

  • 751 Fermentation Computer: Handles fully automatic control of phase I, the fermentation process.

  • 765 Climate Control Computer: Controls 1 or 2 growing rooms (with heat peak programme)

  • 765.e:  Has addtional energy saving features

  • 765.xl: Includes heat, humidity & CO2 measuring systems with air inlet control

  • MUX 8/16 Multiplexer: Meausres & controls the CO2 and O2 concentration, and can control fermentation process or air inlets.

Air Handling Units

Having optimim airflow is one of the most crucial aspects of a growing room. Our Air Handling Unit is specifically designed to give you the optimum environment in the challenging conditions inside mushroom houses.

High Efficiency

Centrifugal Air Handling Units use medium fans with high efficiency, low sound level and are designed for universal installation.

Fancom Fan

The Fancom axial fan unit is fabricaated from aluminium housing, with a removable filter section mounted in the end wall of the growing room or corridor

Options

We offer plate options in both single and three phase.

Humidification Systems

Air Humidity is one of the most important factors in a growing room climate. Air humidity influences crop production and quality both directly and indirectly.

High Pressure

Our top climate system uses high pressure and mist nozzles to obtain sufficiently fine droplets and a very consistent haze.

Control

Our humidification controllers allow automatic management cycles of mist, which offers a great flexibility and management of the mist depending on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.

Heat Exchange

The heat exchange with the air is direct and causes the evaporation of water without any fallout.
